Jonathan W. Lockner, Ph.D., Scientist

Dr. Jonathan Lockner is a synthetic chemist with expertise in natural product synthesis, focusing on medicinal compounds that combat neuroinflammation and cancer growth. At Pfizer, he worked on antibacterials and antivirals. At Scripps Research, he earned his Ph.D. under Phil Baran and continued as a postdoctoral fellow under Kim Janda. He taught at University of San Diego, Miramar College, Point Loma Nazarene University, and Palomar College.
